The Farm created its first print brochure in 1963 to promote its 1964 camping season. For 45 years we have printed and mailed version after version of our brochure. Throughout the 60s we traveled to homes with a 16mm film, and in the 1970s booked hotel conference rooms and gave slide presentations. We began mailing videotapes in the 1980s, and a DVD in the 1990s.
Now, in 2007, we have, with mixed feelings, put an end to our printed materials, mailed videos, and our travel. In a continuous effort to have The Farm create less and less environmental impact, all information about our camp is now solely presented on the internet. We have chosen DreamHost.com as our web hosting service for their efforts in zero-impact carbon-neutral "Green Hosting."
